DVD燒錄機為何不能燒錄DVD+RW的空片?

由於xcdroast沒有提供預先格式化DVD+RW的功能
所以第一次使用DVD+RW要將其格式化

# dvd+rw-format /dev/hdx

DVD-RW則無此問題
